Article 1
Need and safe in order to guarantee the medical blood used in clinic, ensure blood donor and blood user to be healthy, develop humanistic spirit, promote socialist material progress and construction of spiritual civilization, make this law.
Article 2 The country implements the system of unpaid blood donation.
The country recommends donating blood voluntarily to the healthy citizen of 55 years old for 18 years old.
Article 3
The local people's governments at all levels lead the blood donation in this administrative division, plan and is responsible for organizing, coordinate the related departments and do the work of donating blood well together in unison.
Article 4 The health authorities of people's government at all levels above county level supervise and manage the blood donation.
The Red Cross at all levels participates in, promotes the blood donation in accordance with the law.
Article 5
