Zhang Ping points out, at present, 1100 tertiary hospitals and 2139 counties hospitals including military hospital establish the fitting coordination relation for a long time, provinces of east 9 such as Shanghai, Beijing,etc. establish the relation of border coordinated cooperation of the province with 8 provinces and Xinjiang construction formations in the west.
